Erlend Follegg is a lawyer, investor and founder resident in Oslo with a focus on investing in and developing real estate projects and small and midsized companies with a large growth potential through his investment company Brekkestø Invest AS and Prosjektfinans AS.

n 2005, Erlend Follegg established Brekkestø Invest AS, an Oslo-based investment company. Over the years, Brekkestø Invest AS included subsidiarys invested and established several companies and real estate projects in a diverse range of industries. One of this companies is Admincontrol AS which was established in 2005 by Erlend Follegg and Ståle Løvbukten. Erlend role was co-founder of Admincontrol including role as owner and board member. Admincontrol AS. was sold to Visma Visma, a leading European supplier of business-critical software to companies of all sizes, organisations and the public sector, for approximately 0,5 billion NOK.

Erlend Follegg holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, faculty of law with focus on tax and business law and worked as assistant lecturer at the faculty of law where Erlend  wrote a special tax dissertation. After law school he joined Arthur Andersen (later to be known as Andersen Legal lawfirm), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Wikborg Rein as a lawyer an tax advisor where Erlond worked in the corporate tax group with a large number of the listed international and Norwegian companies as clients where phe provided assistance in tax, accounting and company law  aspects relating to purchase and sale of businesses, M&A transactions, choice of structure in connection with transformation, tax-exempt reorganizations such as mergers and demergers, domestic and international tax issues, including questions relating to enterprises moving from or to Norway, transfer pricing, general corporate and personal taxation, including incentive schemes for employees, inheritance tax and wealth tax. 

Outside the professional realm, Erlend is a dedicated downhill and cross country skier and enjoys training, outdoor life and water activities.
